Walked in for a haircut a few minutes ago was treated very rudely by the girl at the counter. She apparently was done for the day and didn?t want to take the time to help me! Asked how long a wait and with a serious attitude says I don?t know 45 minutes and we close in 45 minutes. Then just stands there and ignores me. I own a business myself and if I found out my employee treated a customer like this I would fire her on the spot!!! I won?t be back!!

I brought my wife here. She received awesome service from very professional stylists. Her hair now looks amazing. I will take her back again.

Been here a couple times and no one there can cut hair. Can tell them.exactlybwhat you want length and all ans they basically just give you a buzz cut. My latest and final haircut ever from this location took a whole 7min because she rushed through everything. Don't ever go here and waste your money.

$21 not including tip for a very sub par buzz cut that should have been easy and a long wait. I have been to multiple different sport clips locations and used different stylists and every single one has left many hairs entirely uncut. I am not satisfied.

Today around 5:20pm I took my 3 kids to the Wayzata location. Worse experience ever! One of The stylist ?very polite? asked my Daughter ?how many candies you took?? Of course I was ready to get out of there, but my son really need the haircut and it was too late to bring him to another place! The other stylist did a great job with the haircut, but the one that make me feel so uncomfortable, she wil also make me feel like I won?t come back anytime there, maybe they need to have a sign to says how many candy a kid can take from the bucket? I don?t know, but oh God! She was lucky I was not feeling in the mood of answering back or saying something. I hope the Owner of this Franchise can see this complaint.

Great haircut, nice staff, tidy place, working bathrooms, lovely view, helpful customer service, etc. Sport Clips is similar to Great Clips & Fantastic Sam?s. Get a ?buzz? - short hair is best for guys Thanks guys! They talked me into the salon treatment & it was worth it. Just got another haircut there & it was a good one as well. Mary treated me well, yet another successful haircut. Target factory guy is not well - I feel bad for them but what do ya do. I?m out of the loop but I think they know their stuff
