Had a poor previous experience. Was sent a survey and stated such. Manager said my account would be noted with a coupon. It wasn’t. Stylist did a great job this time, but management failed. Coupon or not, won’t go back.

called and the receptionist was unfriendly, unhelpful. 1st time I have called. They open at 10 am. I called at 10:05 inquiring about a trim and asked how long the wait would be. She said she did not know as there were not any barbers here yet. I asked when they would be in and she said she did not know. No help whatsoever.

My ten year old son had an upsetting experience at this Sport Clips today. The stylist spoke to him in a rude manner and wasn't clear in her instructions as to which way she wanted him to move his head. When he would move in the direction she indicated she would then say "not that way" in a very crabby voice. We were hopeful that this time we would have a good experience at this location because he had a similar experience the last time we came here. Prior to the last two times, we had good experiences at this location. My son was in tears by the time his haircut was over. I understand that Sport Clips is not really marketed as a kids haircut place, but treating cooperative kids poorly is not what I would expect from any business. We will not be coming back to this location.
