Usually I have a great experience. But you always have to check in about 40 minutes ahead. I checked in. It told me my stylist was would be available at 957am. I arrived in time But they cancelled my spot because they were "running ahead". They then said they would try and sneak me in but in reality it put me back to the end of the line which is another 40 minute wait

Had a poor previous experience. Was sent a survey and stated such. Manager said my account would be noted with a coupon. It wasn’t. Stylist did a great job this time, but management failed. Coupon or not, won’t go back.

called and the receptionist was unfriendly, unhelpful. 1st time I have called. They open at 10 am. I called at 10:05 inquiring about a trim and asked how long the wait would be. She said she did not know as there were not any barbers here yet. I asked when they would be in and she said she did not know. No help whatsoever.
